STEVEN P. FRATER 58

died at 7:10 p.m. July 28, 2005, at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus.

He was born April 6, 1947, in Kenton to Paul and Dorothy Heil Frater. His father preceded him in death. His mothers survives in Bellefontaine. On Dec. 1, 1968, in Kenton, he married Connie McGinnis, who survives in Bellefontaine.

Mr. Frater retired as a clerk from Krogers and from maintenance at United Church Homes. He had also been a bus driver for Kenton City Schools for several years. He was a member of Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Lodge 157, Kenton, and the Logan County EMA. He was a 1965 graduate of Kenton High School. He was an amateur radio operator and enjoyed demolition derbies. He enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren, as family was important to him.

Survivors include two sons, Tobias "Toby" Frater and Tyler Frater, both of Bellefontaine; two daughters, Teresa (Mike) Travis of Columbus and Tonya (Lee) Hollenbacher of Sidney; four grandchildren, Sydney, Peyton and Nolan Hollenbacher and Chance Frater; and special friend, Sue Brown of Kenton.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine. Pastor James Oates will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview-McDonald Cemetery, Kenton.
